
1. All bookings are fully confirmed with a 30% non refundable deposit, cannot be redeemed or credited to any other bookings, each booking has it's own deposit and is non refundable. By making a deposit the customer has full responsibility, awareness and full acknowledgement of the terms and agreement of Marvel Rides.
2. Possession, sale or consumption of any type of illegal drug or unauthorised alcohol is not permitted. Violation will result in immediate termination of contract and forfeit of all paid deposits and fees.
Smoking of any substances will not be permitted in any vehicles. Immediate termination of contract will be applied in violation.
Person reserving the vehicle is responsible for all guests and any damage to the interior and equipment in the vehicle and willful damage to the exterior.
3. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly manner and must wear seat belts, drivers will not drive until all passengers are safely wearing their seat belts.
4. All passenger are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles, this includes stains from liquid spillage, vomiting. All repairs will be charged to you as the one responsible for all your guest. Marvel Rides reserves the right to dismiss any person from the vehicle and terminate any existing contract if any guests violate these terms.
5. Marvel Rides do not take responsibility for any stolen or personal items left in the vehicle during or after the services provided.
Marvel Rides hold no responsibility for any delay caused by road work detours, heavy traffic, breakdown, incorrect information, acts of nature or any situation that is beyond our control.
6. Weddings:
All weddings require a non refundable 30% deposit and cancellation terms apply, and the balance total of invoice must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to wedding date. This avoids chasing up payments closer to the wedding date. All vehicles come fully groomed, and chauffeured by Marvel Rides drivers, any additional decorations will be your responsibility but must be discussed and agreed by Marvel Rides. You cannot stick anything in the interior or exterior of the vehicles that may cause damage or leave marks on the vehicles, if done without our consent and causes damage, client will be responsible for damage and repair costs.
All weddings going over booked and pre-paid time will be charged the following:
Escalade $90 every 15 mins over time. Chrysler $70 every 15 mins over time.
We do our very best to replace vehicles that are not able to complete a job due to unexpected breakdowns, acts of nature and any situations beyond our control.
7. Additional Charges will apply between 11:00pm – 7:00 am (After Hours) & Public Holidays.
a) Holiday Rates: All public holidays will occur additional 20% on top of rates, and during Christmas period 1 week before and after the 25th December will occur additional 20% on top of rates.
b) New Years Eve & New Years will occur additional 20% on top of rates.
8. All Airport pick ups will be greeted by our chauffeurs with a name signage. Any additional stops or pick ups can be discussed with our driver, and if agreed will occur costs and paid immediately to the driver. Any delay waiting time over 30 mins of allowed waiting time will occur additional charges of $50 every 30 mins.
9. Cancelation terms:
a). A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to time of service. Marvel Rides Ltd reserve the right to cancel your reservation, if we have not received final payment (cleared funds) prior to your booking.
b). Any reservation cancelled one month (4 Weeks) prior to commencement of service will forfeit 50% of the full booking cost.
c). Any reservation cancelled 7 days (1 Week) prior to commencement of service will incur 100% cancellation fee.
d). No shows will incur a 100% fee.
10. Full Payment Cancellation conditions.
a) Any payments paid in full will be subject to our cancellations terms and conditions.
b). Any reservation cancelled one month (4 Weeks) prior to commencement of service will forfeit 50% of the full booking cost.
c). Any reservation cancelled 7 days (1 Week) prior to commencement of service will incur 100% cancellation fee.
d). No shows will incur a 100% fee.
11. Person under 18, enquiring or booking acknowledges Marvel Rides terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted by a parent or guardian, we hold no responsibility for any person under 18 years for all bookings and enquiries made by them.
12. All Batercard bookings will be subject to availability and must inform us they are a Batercard customer before receiving a quote.
We do not offer any discounts on Bartercard bookings.
All Weddings will be charged at 50% Bartercard and 50% Dollars. Full payment must be paid in full to confirm booking. All cancellations will incur 50% non refundable deposit from total amount 25% bartercard and 25% dollars.
Airport transfers & Standard transfers are charged 100% Bartercard and full Bartercard payment to be paid up front to confirm booking.
13. All transfers booked through Air New Zealand Taxi's website www.taxi.co.nz for Marvel Rides will only apply for transfers (to and from) the Auckland Airport Domestic and International. All other bookings not related to an airport transfer through Air NZ taxi will be charged at Marvel Rides rates as noted on Marvel Rides website.
14. Marvel Rides rates and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
All invoices issued is confirmation of your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and accept the above terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability.
